The pandemic has given the Coeur d’Alene Symphony time to reimagine how the 2020-2021 season might look, sound and feel.

Nothing can replace coming to a concert hall to experience the excitement of  live music-making by
an orchestra but we can however in these challenging times, reimagine a new way that innovates our music-making to give you a unique and entertaining experience.

This season we are launching a program to do that.   We have reimagined our classical music
program, reimagined our seating for musicians and reimaged the concert experience itself for our
patrons, donors, and concert-goers to provide everyone with a safe environment to enjoy the season.

Join us in creating this reimagined season!  Your $100 donation, a portion of which will be tax-deductible, provides you with these benefits:

•     Free live streaming to all performances

•     The opportunity to attend one or more of our five performances (venue protocols permitting).
Concerts will be free to donors

•     And as a unique bonus you’ll enjoy seeing your FANtastic Face – a life size face cut out of
you – placed in the audience.  Look closely and you might see yourself during the live streaming.

Our concert series for the 2020-2021 season which was originally scheduled to be held at the Schuler Center for Performing Arts, has been rescheduled for the next season as the NIC will only be open to  students, staff and faculty at this time due to COVID.   Thanks to the hospitality of the First Baptist Church and the KROC Center, the CSO Symphony will be performing in those venues for this series. The November and December concerts which will be performed at The First Baptist Church will be livestreamed only, but your faces will be on full display!   The January, March, and May concerts will be held at the KROC Theatre. Our supporters have the option to attend or continue to listen to each performance through live streaming.  Capacity at the KROC has been capped to no more than 200 persons to be seated in accordance with social distancing protocol but we will still fill up the theatre with your faces.  Musicians will also be seated on stage in accordance with social distancing guidelines.  Join us in reimagining your music experience this season!
